Haven have numerous children's characters, the main figure being Rory The Tiger. Many on-going seasonal items were produced and supplied to guests free, on site.

To develop the merchandising potential, visuals were produced to suggest ways of keeping the Haven name (using Rory) with families off-site throughout the year.
